Every engagement moves through the same four layers. You always know which one we're on and what "done" means for it.

    Discover

    A short, intense start: what the product must do, who it's for, what already exists. We leave with a written scope and a data model, not a deck.

  2. 02

    Prototype

    Something you can click within days. Prototypes buy decisions; if one can't tell us what to do next it was the wrong prototype.

  3. 03

    Build

    Weekly, visible progress across backend, web and mobile. Tests as the contract, staged releases, no big bang.

  4. 04

    Operate

    We stay. Monitoring, releases, the next features — the same people who built it, not a handover document.

03 — The studio

Small on purpose. Senior by default.

Stack Beyond is a small, senior studio: a core of experienced engineers who have shipped customer-facing software for a decade across web, mobile, desktop and backend — including mobile architecture at national scale — and who prefer depth over headcount. We bring in trusted specialists per project and keep one accountable engineer on your product throughout.

Our delivery loop is AI-native: agentic tools are part of how we explore, build and review, which is why a small team ships like a larger one — and why we can add the same capabilities to your product with a straight face.
